Baxter, aged 92, passed away Friday night at 11:45 at his home near Pleasant Vale. The funeral wll be held at Pleasant Vale C. P. Church Monday afternoon at 2:00 C.W.T. by the Rev. C. B Scott and the Rev. Cecil Beasley. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. C. G. Brown, three giandchildren, one niece, Mrs. W. D. Leib, whom he reared, one brother, John Baxter and several nieces and nephews."
