[46323] Find A Grave memorial 147847379 states Margaret and Jeremiah also had Isaac Meacham (1642-1715) and John Meacham (1655-1726) and contains this important note: "According to the US International Marriage records Joseph and Margaret were married in Salem/Southold, US, Margaret's DOB is listed as 1613 (here her maiden name is Prisse) and Joseph's DOB is listed as 1615. In the New England Marriage records the marriage date is ca 1642, which is the year that their first child was born. Ship records of 1636 state that they were husband and wife. They may have been acting as husband and wife and were actually married in the US as there are no marriage records to be found in England. There is speculation that Margaret's maiden name is actually Browne.The baptismal record for this Margaret Browne is 2/11/1611 which would have been before Margaret Prisse was born. I have yet to find any proof that Margaret Prisse was born a Browne. If proof does exist would love to obtain."

[16131] Allan taught psychology, visual education and the history of civilization at Kutztown State University according to the 17 Oct 1964 obituary in the Lebanon (PA) Daily News which states Allan was b. in Cressona, PA. In 1916-1917 Allan was a graduate student in Lafayette College. He received the Ph.B. degree in 1913 from Dickinson College and the A.M. degree from Columbia University. In the 1920s Allan was supervising principal and French teacher in the High School in Schuylkill Haven, Schuylkill Co., PA. Allen was President of the Rotary Club of Kutztown, 1933-1934.
