[719] Mathias engaged in the logging business with his brother, Samuel; they died within a week of each other. He resided at Greenland, NH. The 1902 Haines genealogy states (p. 26) "after marrying...he settled near the old homestead. He, with Leonard Weeks, was appointed in his father's will to see that his brother executed all the provisions of the will." He was a juryman in 1683.
