[58766] James' obituary: "Bangor - James 'Jim' McInnis, 66, died unexpectedly May 24, 2022, in his home in Bangor, Maine. He was born August 31, 1955, in Bangor Maine, the son of James McInnis Sr., and Alice (Trimm) McInnis. Jim was a graduate of John Bapst memorial high school, whereafter he passed the federal postal service exam, and committed the next 38 years of his life to a successful career in the United States Postal Service, ending his tenure as postmaster at the Milford Post office. Jim was a supportive and loving father, a devoted husband, and treated everyone around him with kindness and respect. He was an avid golfer who loved bowling and playing softball in his younger years. He was a member of the Elks Club where he enjoyed shooting pool, playing cards, and socializing with friends. It was rare to see Jim without a smile on his face, and his joy and positive outlook on life were infectious. Jim is survived by his wife, Debra (Stevenson) McInnis, and son, Cody McInnis. He will be dearly missed."
