[2731] Humphrey IV was fourth Baron de Bohun and Constable of England. "Ancestral Roots..." (Balt., 1992) 193-6 gives his year of death as 1182. According the the chronicle of Lanthony, Humphrey IV was earl of Hereford and constable of England. But he died before his father, probably in 1182 in France while serving Henry the younger, so he never had the titles. Humphrey was married to Margaret of Scotland (who died 1201), daughter of Henry, earl of Huntington, and sister of King William the Lion of Scotland, and widow of Conan le Petit, earl of Brittany and Richmond (who died 1171). After Humphrey's death, his widow confirmed the gift of a marketplace to the priory of Bradenstoke that he had specified in his will. Cf. [56297] Patricia's obituary: "Patricia E. Cushman, 80, entered this world Dec. 15, 1932, the fifth child of Arthur and Olive (Sabine) Inman. She departed May 3, 2013, to join God and her beloved sister, Jeannette; recently departed, sweet daughter, Pamela; dear brothers, Clifford and Roger; and her blessed mother and father. She was never alone in her final days; her family was always with her, holding her hand and loving her. She always said she was not afraid of dying, but that she would miss her children and family. Patty closed her pretty blue eyes at 7 p.m. and commenced her journey to Heaven. She left the cancer behind and she was free. Patty especially loved her times at Jeannette's camp, playing cards and cooking out. She loved summertime, and would visit and sit out for a while in the evening. Everyday her daughter, Melanie joined her for lunch and they would watch their favorite soap together. This was their time. Do not disturb! She was so fastidious about her appearance. Her hair had to be perfect, that was not debatable. She was stubborn, yet so sweet, sometimes quiet, sometimes not, tough, but tender, and always honest and compassionate. She is in a better place where she can finally breathe effortlessly. Her later life was fraught with illness, but she was a fighter and would come back every time, stronger than before. Her final battle could not be won, however she faced it bravely. Patty is survived by four adoring children, her three sons, Timothy, Roger and Billy; blessed with a wonderful daughter, Melanie, whom she called 'her Shadow,' so devoted, tending to her mother's every need, and never failing her, and Melanie's husband, Jerry; six dear grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Eric, William, Travis and Jayla; two great-grandchildren, Jasmine and Mason; two brothers, William and Irving Inman; two sisters, Olive Pierce and Juanita Estey and her husband, Bernie; many nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Inman; and the father of her children and her friend, Bill Cushman."
[61253] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 20 December 2021: "Sherman, Maine - James "Leo" King, 97, husband of Helen A. (Smith) King passed away on December 17, 2021, after a brief illness. He was born in Macwahoc Plantation on December 13, 1924, the youngest son of Eli B. and Pearl R. (Watters) King. Leo was a proud WWII veteran, '71-'72 commander of the VFW King-Mitchel Post 7529, Past Master of Molunkus Lodge No. 165, A.F. & A.M., and an Anah Shrine member. He was instrumental in organizing and raising monies to establish the Veterans Monument in Sherman. He was a member of the Washburn Memorial Church and served as a deacon for many years, a volunteer for Sherman Fire Dept., and a long-time supporter and volunteer for Sherman Old Home Days held every Labor Day. He retired from Sherman Lumber Company after many years of service. Loved by all who knew him, Leo was a self-taught man who could do anything he put his mind to. He taught his sons many skills including welding, carpentry, equipment operator, plumbing, mechanic, electrician and more. He also showed us by his actions how to work hard, be honest and compassionate, grow a garden, make maple syrup and bean hole beans, hunt and fish. The greatest of all his wisdom was to enjoy life and to love and spend time with family; we've had years of enjoyment on Perry Pond at the camp built in 1961 by Leo, Helen, Stan, Alex and Brent. 1 Corinthians 13:13 'And now these three remain: faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these is love.' He is survived by his loving wife of 74 years, Helen; 3 sons, Stanley (Bonnie) of Sherman, Alex (Darla) of Hampden, Brent (Debbie) of Windham; brother-in-law, Galen Smith of Avon, CT; grandchildren, Joshua, Jake, Jeremy, David, Jason, Lance, Travis, Courtney; 14 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; a special great-nephew, Robert Heath, and several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his siblings, Tom, Ida, Raymond, Ruby, Earl and Nina."

[4687] George was from Washington Twp., Fayette Co., PA according to the unverified Ancestral File. The LDS Church's unverified IGI file states George b. 10 Aug 1797, d. 13 Jan 1867, m. Lydia Jewell 15 Sept 1825 in Lenawee, MI [sic], and that George is son of Robert McCaskey. A posting by Denise Sessler 16 March 2003 in GenForum reports "...they are listed in the 1850 census in Fulton County, OH" but this census shows George to be 54 years old.
