[844] Jeanne descends from many noble and royal families, including Kings of Navarre, Dukes of Brabant, King Stephen of England, Frederick III Barbarossa of Germany, Eastern Roman Emperors, the Mergovingian Kings of France, Viking Lords, etc. She brought Navarre to France in her marriage to Philip IV. http://www.guide2womenleaders.com offers: "Juana I of Navarra, Countess of Champagne and Brie (Spain and France) - Also known as Jeanne, and at the age of 13 she was married to king Philippe V of France (1268-1314), who became king of Navarra by the right of his wife. She left him to reign in Navarra and stayed in Champagne, and at one time led an army against the Count de Bar when he rebelled against her. Mother of 7 children. Her three surviving sons: Louis X of France, Philip V and Charles IV all became kings of France and Navarra, and her only surviving daughter, Isabelle, married king Edward II of England. She died under mysterious circumstances; one chronicler even accused her husband of having killed her."

[1674] "The continuous history of Sweden begins in the early 10th century, when a king named Eric son of Edmund was reigning at Uppsala."{- Encyclopedia Britannica, 1956, 21:638 - could be ID1648?} In 2007 http://www.fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/SWEDEN.htm offers: "Snorre names 'Eirik the Victorious and Olaf, the father of Styrbjorn' as the sons of Bjorn Eriksson. According to 'Saxo Grammaticus', Erik was the son of Olof and deposed his cousin Styrbjörn in [984/85], succeeding as Erik 'Segersäll/the Victorious' King of Sweden. Adam of Bremen records that 'rex Sueonum Hericus' invaded Denmark and expelled King Svend. He also records that King Erik was converted to Christianity and baptised in Denmark but may have relapsed into paganism on returning to Sweden. According to Snorre, he died 'in a sickbed at Uppsala 10 years after the death of Styrbjörn', and in another passage that his wife was a widow in 994. m (before [985]) as her first husband, Sigrid "Storråda/the Haughty", daughter of 'Skoglar' Toste & his wife ---. Snorre names Sigrid as daughter of 'Skoglar' Toste and refers to her marriage to 'the Swedish king, Eirik the Victorious'. Saxo Grammaticus names 'Syritha' as mother of 'Erici filius Olavus'. The 'Fagrskinna' names Sigrid, mother of King Olof, as daughter of Skoglar-Tosta. The Morkinskinna names 'Sigridr en stórráda', previously married to King 'Eirikr enn sigrsæli' and subsequently to King Svend. According to Snorre, she was a widow in 994. She married secondly ([1000]) Svend I 'Tveskæg/Forkbeard' King of Denmark. Adam of Bremen records the marriage of Svend King of Denmark and 'Herici relictam, matrem Olaph'. If it is correct that Sigrid was the mother of Olav, it necessarily places her first marriage to King Erik before [985] at the latest, assuming that King Olof's daughter Ingigerd was born in [1000/03] . . ."
