[29809] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 18 January 1945, p. 5: "Brooksville, Jan. 17 - The town of Brooksville was saddened by the news of the death of one of its oldest former residents, Mrs. M. Ursula Perkins, 86. Mrs. Perkins, widow of William Perkins, had been confined to her bed for the last six years having suffered from a stroke which had rendered her left side entirely helpless. She bore her infirmity without complaint and with matchless courage. Her whole life has been one of devotion to duty and loyalty to family and friends. She had ten children, six of whom survive her, they are: Mrs. Vesta Hawes of Brooksville, Mrs. Bernice Bowden of Penobecot, Ray Perkins of Augusta, Mrs. Hope Featherstone of Cleveland, Ohio, Anna Perkins of Passaic, N. J., and Seymour Perkins of Bristol, Conn. Surviving also are a brother, Bentley Grindle of Brooksville, nineteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. She has also left many nieces, a nephew, and hosts of friends. She will be truly missed by all who knew her."
[18943] Hermengildo is son of Gutierre (flourished 869-920) and wife Elvira (living in 920).
