Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Georgia (Knowles) Mayhew; daughters, Laurie (Chet), Kelli, Shani and her husband, Stacy Emerson; grandchildren, Leif, Joshua, Jeremy (Candy), Amber (Tyler), and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Kaleb, and Kamryn; brothers, Galen (Elinor) and Roy; sisters, Carol (John), Helen (Danny) and Ronda; sisters-in-law, Susan and Reubena; brother-in-law, Ernie (Cathy); extended family, Shawn, Michele (Bob), Jill (Phyllis), Holly and Ronnie Jarvis, and Georgia and Rena; and many other nieces, and nephews.
