Freeman was a well-respected heavy equipment operator and had been employed with Lou Silver, Inc. for 38 years. Freeman is survived by his wife of 46 years, Bernice (Andrews) Holland of Hermon; three children, Berta Costigan and husband, Steve, of Hermon, Wyatt Holland and wife, Elaine, of Glenburn, Wanda Riling and husband, Alan, of Levant; five grandchildren, Amanda Rushmore and husband, Bill, of Hampden, Shellie Coltart and husband, Adam, of Bangor, Nikki Holland of Glenburn, Ashley and Jacob Riling of Levant; two great-granddaughters, Samantha Rushmore, and Mackenzie Coltart; five siblings, Mildred Dinsmore, Curtis Holland, Rachel Holland, Margaret Ginn; and twin brother, Alvin Holland; several nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends."
