[57396] Merlin's obituary: "Cherryfield - Merlin Look, 69, went to be with the Lord Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Oct. 30, 1938, in Addison, the son of the late Clayton and Ella (Guptill) Look. Merlin graduated from Addison High School and was a member of Narraguagus Lodge No. 88 and Eastern Harbor Grange. Merlin worked for 20 years at Cherryfield Foods as a harvester and carpenter. He was a big fan of Narraguagus High School basketball and loved to watch the New England sports teams, including the Celtics and Red Sox. Even though he lost his leg, his dream was to walk again; he managed 10 steps before he left us. He loved to work with wood, feed the birds and ducks, listen to music and dance. His fondest memories were working with the sheep on Nash Island with Jenny Cirone. He leaves behind a wife, Betty (Willey) Look, of Cherryfield; his children Charles Clayton Look and his wife, Vicki, of Augusta, Terry Robitaille and her husband, Mike, of Cherryfield, Cheryl McDowell of Arizona, Nancy Tucker of Hancock, Vicky Dauphine and her husband, Jeff, of Bangor and Leroy Tucker and his wife Alice, of Cherryfield; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elaine Ouellette and her husband, Al, and Laura Merrill and her husband, Clyde, all of Milbridge; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and a special friend, Frank "Bubba" Dow and his wife, Delia."
