He worked for the Sprint Corporation as a respected senior fiber optics engineer for 20 years. He enjoyed playing cards, drinking beer, telling jokes, singing and playing his acoustic guitar for family and friends. He was a kind and gentle soul, giving and compassionate, a lover of animals and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren daily. He was predeceased by his parents, Orville 'Chick' and Lucille Golding [?] of Maine, his 3 brothers, Bobby Kinney of Maine, Ricky Spinney of Florida and Jim Golding of Maine. He is survived by his loving sister Beth and her husband Jim Stinson of Florida, his eldest daughter Victoria and her husband Scott Kepler of Howell, his little mouse Sonia Kinney and her partner Jason Bastedo of Neptune, his 2 grandchildren Tyler and Teresa Kinney-Bastedo and the love of his life Chong 'Brenda' Kinney.
