[49036] Find A Grave memorial 73128853 ovvers: "The family lived near Potpie Spring on the top of Jack's Mountain, just inside the Union County line and nearly a mile west of the wagon track that crossed the mountain. There were no neighbors in this isolated area. Hannah had come down to visit friends and relatives and intended to stay until her husband came to take her home. However, she decided to walk home five days earlier, unaware that a deep snow had fallen on the top of the mountain. Her body was found, frozen to death, about half a mile from home and evidence indicated that she had fallen several times and had crawled on her hands and knees after her last fall."
