[36116] This person is from the unverified Burt Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2014. A file in Ancestry.com offers: "Putnam County Sentinel - Nov. 29, 1877 - FATAL ACCIDENT - On Tuesday of last week Col. Isaac Wynkoop, an old citizen of Blanchard township, met with an accident that resulted in his death. Mr. Wynkoop had been to Leipsic for a load of lumber, and while returning home he was thrown from his wagon, falling between the wheels, one of which passed over his body and so injured him that he died on the following Thursday. The deceased was an old settler of the county and well and favorably known by a great many people."
