[38035] http://www.robertsewell.ca/puleston.html reports "Sir Roger De Pyvelisdon of Emral Hall, Flintshire, Wales. Died circa 1280 - 1304. Roger De Pyvelisdon was lynched by the Welsh while attempting to collect taxes for King Edward I. Some sources claim this lynching occurred as early as 1280, most give 1294; and Burkes Peerage, 1898 (page 1147) states he was 'sheriff of Anglesey, 33 Edward I., 1304, and keeper of that county; but the Welsh, averse to foreign rule and taxation, seized upon Sir Roger, and caused him to be hung.' Roger De Pyvelisdon married Agnes (or Jane) le Clerk a daughter of David le Clerk, Baron of Malpas . . ."

[4997] http://www.stirnet.com/HTML/genie/british/dd/dunbar02.htm states that she is "Matilda Fraser (dau of James Fraser of Frendraught)." Se http://www.baronage.co.uk/bphtm-03/fraser01.html.
[19265] "Early Narraguagus River Families of Washington County, Maine," Darryl B. Lamson and Leonard F. Tibbetts (Rockport, ME: Picton Press, 2002), p. 18, states she was b. in Sweden, ME and was "from Shapleigh" (which is in York Co., ME). Ancestry.com offers: "Giles Name Meaning - English and French: from a medieval personal name of which the original form was Latin Aegidius (from Greek aigidion 'kid', 'young goat'). This was the name of a 7th-century Provençal hermit, whose cult popularized the name in a variety of more or less mutilated forms: Gidi and Gidy in southern France, Gil(l)i in the area of the Alpes-Maritimes, and Gil(l)e elsewhere. This last form was taken over to England by the Normans, but by the 12th century it was being confused with the Germanic names Gisel, a short form of Gilbert, and Gilo, which is from Gail (as in Gaillard). Irish: adopted as an Anglicized equivalent of Gaelic Ó Glaisne, a County Louth name, based on glas 'green', 'blue', 'gray'."
