Mrs. Snyder is the former Beverly Hepler, daughter of Harry Hepler of Gratz and the late Laura Hepler. Snyder is the son of Margaret Snyder and the late Norman Snyder. He is the owner of K&S Truck Lines, Inc., Dornsife. The Snyders have three children, Ricci of Dalmatia RD1, Robyn Rinck of Selinsgrove and Jodi, at home. They also have two grandsons."

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Sifford of Sun City, Ariz.; a son, Norman of Cedar Springs, Mich.; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and three brothers, John Tennant of Fort Wayne, Fred Tennant of Yuma, Ariz., and Jay Tennant of Harlan, Ind. She was a member of the Woodruff Grove United Methodist Church." Ercel is daughter of Henry Tennant (1873-1958) and Margaret Grossman 1874-1964).
