[27856] The line shown here is not verified; it is presented as found on Ray Gurganus' web site, www.gurganus.org, in 2007 which states Fulbert m. Doda _____[not the daughter of King Malcolm II of Scotland]. http://www.genealogy.theroyfamily.com/p26750.htm states "Fulbert has been described as 'polinctor' which translates more readily as 'embalmer', or one who prepares corpses for burial, but the traditon is strong that he was a tanner; and Falaise, Normandy was famous for its tanneries." Fulbert (aka Robert) is grandfather of William the Conqueror through Fulbert's daughter, Harlette.

Find A Grave memorial 54277951 offers this tribute:
Mary Serene "May" Malloy was born at home on a farm on July 17, 1884 in rural Greenland township, in Dakota Territory - before South Dakota was admitted to the USA as a state. [Note: Greenland township was a few miles from Montrose and Greenland is not an option on towns here on FAG.] Mary Serene was known as "May" by the family and she was the second child of nine born to John William Malloy and Catherine Agnes Cunningham. She was the first one born in Dakota Territory (near Greenland, South Dakota) after the family moved there from Belle Creek, Goodhue, Minnesota. When Mary Serene was born the family's last name was spelled MALLOY and was later changed to Mulloy, though she may have been married before the family changed the spelling. Her birth family did become known by MULLOY. May Malloy married David Emanauel Motter on November 16, 1912 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cathedral in Rapid City, South Dakota. May and Dave were the parents of two daughters, Mary Catherine (aka: Catherine May) and Ruth Veronica Motter. Dave and May lived in an old house that was built onto in the 1940's. Berbie remembers it as having small, dinky rooms but said that May kept everything so immaculately clean and organized. May wore her hair in a perfect pompadour style. She had a little table on the right side of their front door with a white starched scarf draped on it. On the left side of the door was a nail that a clean, white, starched, bibbed apron always hung on. Whenever anyone would ride in on a horse or vehicle, May would quickly take off her everyday aprons and grab her good apron and would have it on before ever opening the door. May Motter was very sick from the Influenza epidemic that swept the country in 1918 and she never fully recovered. My understanding is that Great Aunt May died from heart complications at the hospital in Rapid City on May 21, 1929 at the age of 44 years and 10 months. After Mary Serene ("May") died, her dear mother who had been widowed, Catherine Agnes Cunningham Mulloy, went and lived at the home to help Dave take care the two young girls, Catherine May & Ruth Veronica for a few years.
