[55964] Leroy's obituary: "Prospect - Leroy S. Leach, 81, died Wednesday July 10, 2019, with his loving family by his side. He was born May 25, 1938 the son of Mearl and Gladys (Bennett) Leach. Leroy worked for and retired from the paper mill in Bucksport after 46 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Edna M. (Welch) Leach, his children; Marta French and husband James, Denise Norman and husband Thomas, Sue Leach, Mearl Leach and wife Billiejo and Daniel Leach and wife Patricia. Four grandchildren; Brandon French and partner Emma, Casey French, Brittany Leach and Zachary Leach, one cute Great-grandchild, Lillian-May, one sister Donna Cary and husband Donald, one sister in law Dodie Webster and her children; Nita and Jay Webster, many nieces and nephews and many friends. Leroy was predeceased by his parents. The family wishes to extend special thanks to St. Joseph Hospitals doctors and staff as well as St. Joseph Hospice for their care of Leroy. Also to his daughter Sue, son Daniel and daughters in law Pat and Billiejo for their 24 hour care the final days of his life."
