He was an active supporter of St. Mary's School Drama Club and served on the advisory board of Community Mediation Services in Otsego County. Mr. Bartecki was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Lindy; his children, Randi Bartecki of Gaylord, Steven Bartecki of Akron, Ohio, and Mark Barnett and Deb Flynn of Key West, Fla."
