[60529] Caroline's obituary: "Caroline B. (Sambrook Lemiers) Cook, 89, of Brooks passed away October 26, 2022 in Waterville. She was born April 25, 1933 in Belfast, Maine, the daughter of Roland Bragdon Sr. and Thelma (Sambrook) Leimers. She belonged to the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Belfast, the American Legion in Belfast and Eastern Star. Caroline loved to knit and crochet. She was predeceased by both her parents and her husband, Melvin Cook; her son Preston Cook and daughter Connie Cook Colby; her brother Roland 'Sonny' Bragdon and sister Sylvia Thompson. Caroline is survived by her children Maryann Everett, Terry Cook, Linda Cook, and Patrick Cook; step-sons, Melvin Cook and Steven Pelletier; her siblings Rosemary Green; half-sister Janie Doolan; Joyce Bartlett and half-brother Steven Bragdon; as well as several grandkids, great-grandkids and great-great-grandkids, a very special aunt, Velma Ward."
