[43396] https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Bulmer-22 (not verified) reports: "John held of Peter de Maulay a knight's fee in Bulmer and Welburn. In 1253 he had a grant of free warren of the same lands. The last record of him seems to be in 1255 when "John le Veyl de Bulemere" had exemption for life from serving on juries. (Early Yorkshire Charters, vol. 2, page 130)."

[2459] Louis II was crowned by Hincmar, Archbishop of Reims, 8 Dec 877, and consecrated again in 09-878 by Pope John VIII. His reign was "ineffectual." By his first wife, Ansgarde, a Burgundian princess, he had his successors, sons Louis III and Carloman. Louis III reigned 879-882. Carloman reigned 879 until this death, 12 Dec 884. This brough his half-brother, a child of five, to the throne, Charles the Simple.
