[51095] "The Ellsworth American [Ellsworth, Maine], 13 May 2015": "Ellsworth - Ruth Louise Collar Small Freeman, 86, of Ellsworth and Eustis, Fla. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Collar, mother, Florence Tracy Collar, and brother Dwight Collar. Survived by sister Betty (Walter) Smith of Lisbon, N.Y., children Richard (Carrie) Small of Albuquerque, N.M., Vicky Small of Corvallis, Ore., Mary (John) Small of Trinidad, Calif., Helen Small of Coos Bay, Ore., and Raines 'David' (Paula) Freeman of Deland, Fla., seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Born Feb. 21, 1929, in Franklin, Ruth moved to Ellsworth at an early age where she attended local schools graduating from Ellsworth High School. She reared five children, and spent many happy years pursuing her loves of horseback riding, cycling, and traveling cross-country. Ruth was a lifelong equestrian and cultivated enduring friendships throughout the horse community. Ruth moved to Florida in 1972. In an era when the business world welcomed few women, Ruth launched a decades-long career as a real estate entrepreneur. Although an accomplished real estate investor, she found her greatest satisfaction in her role as a mother. 'The biggest and best asset of all is, of course, my children.' Ruths most recent adventure was a move to Corvallis, Ore., to live with her daughter, Vicky, where she died peacefully at home, surrounded by loving family on May 8, 2015."

[24802] Ancestry.com provides his unverified information, and states that he m. (2) Catharine Reis (b. 21 Aug 1775). http://files.usgwarchives.net/pa/northumberland/bios2/f758782.txt offers: "Michael Rebuck, son [but apparently grandson] of John Adam, the pioneer, was born July 14, 1769, and died Oct 7, 1852, when over eighty-three years of age. He lived on Greenbrier creek, in Washington township, and was an extensive farmer, following agricultural pursuits all his life. He had a tract of 162 acres which is still in the family name, being now owned by his grandson, John Rebuck. He built the barn still standing on that property, and also a small dwelling house. He was a Reformed member of the Himmel Church. His wife, Catharine (Reis), born Aug. 21, 1775, died Nov. 7, 1858. Their children were: Bevvy, who married Peter Ferster; and Godfried, called 'Big Godfried.'" Find A Grave Memorial 35641013 offers: "Michael Rebuck is the son of Valentine Rebuck and Anna Barbara Baldauf. He married first to Maria Margaretha Thomas, daughter of Peter Thomas and Eva Sip/Six. Michael married second to Catherine Reis."
