Mabira m. Jordan de Cambernon, seigneur of Cambernon and Maisoncelles, France, who held seven knights' fees of the honor of Gloucester in England in 1166 and three under the Duke of Normandy in 1172. Their grandson, Henry de Chambernon (d. ca. 1210) of Ilfracombe, Devonsire, married Rose, apparently a daughter of Sir William de Tracey who was one of the four murderers of Thomas a Becket, Archbishop of Canterbury. See "Ancestral Roots..." (7th Ed., 1992), p. 113-4 for descendants.
