Preceded in death by her husband, James R.; son, Jack; survived by sons, Jeff (Libby) Wilson of Akron, Brian (Tami )Wilson of Steubenville." Helen and James had Jack Wilson (1948-1965) whose obituary is: "The Akron Beacon Journal, 11 November 1965," p. 4: "Coroner Dr. A. H. Kyriakides has ruled suicide in the shooting death Wednesday afternoon of 17-year-old Jack Douglas Wilson, of 1174 Greenvale av. Police said the youth, a senior at Firestone High School, had been despondent for some time over school problems and shot himself in the head with a .45-caliber pistol shortly before 5 p. m. Wednesday. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Wilson. Wilson told detectives he returned from work and found his son lying on the floor of the boy's bedroom. Mrs. Wilson was in the basement at the time of the shooting. Besides his parents, he leaves brothers Jeffrey and Brian and grandparents Mrs. Leo McChesney and Mrs. George Wilson, all of Akron. Services will be at 3 p. m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Friends may call at the Billow Akron Chapel from 4 to 9 p. m. Friday. Burial will be at Rose Hill Burial Park."

Market St., Elizabethtown, died Tuesday at Heatherbank of natural causes. Born in Landisburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Alice Clark Welsh. She was the wife of Dean C. Minick. They marked their 56th wedding anniversary in December. A homemaker most of her life, she had once worked at the former Jay Risser Garment Factory. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Mary A. Rauser of South Mountain and Patricia L., wife of Elmer Shaffer of Elizabethtown; two sons, William C. of Elizabethtown and Dexter C. of Rheems; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Violet Diehl of Shermans Dale; and one brother, George Welsh of New Cumberland."
