Monday, April 4, 2005, at his home from complications of cancer. He was born June 2, 1932, in Alvada, to the late Joseph N. and Agnes M. (Lafontaine) Bugner. On Dec. 9, 1978, in Maysville, Ky. he married Lois A. (Spitler) Kelly.
