Surviving are her husband, Harry B. Ruhl; a daughter, Mrs. Vance (Jean) Clelan, RD2, and a grandchild. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Hoffman Funeral Home, 219 N. Hanover St., with the Rev. E. Reginald Wagner, pastor of the First United Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in the Kutz's Cemetery."

She was born in Sedgwick, a daughter of Eugene L. and Edith B. (Pert) Ferguson. She was educated in the Sedgwick schools and a graduate of Sedgwick High School in 1930. Mrs. Cousins was a member of the Elm Street United Methodist Church and was a member of the United Methodist Women and the Thalia Circle. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Sedgwick, the Sixty Plus Club and AARP. She was predeceased by her husband, Edgar W. Cousins in 1961; and a grandson, Scott L. Mason in 1995. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Edith) Mason of Gorham; one son, Sydney E. Cousins of Bowie, Md.; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren."

Franklin was born on Feb. 2, 1934, to the late Franklin H. and Aurilla M. Grindle. Franklin was predeceased by his wife of nearly seven decades, Norma A. Grindle; sons Frank and Gary; and brothers Bob and James. Franklin is survived by his seven devoted sons, who will cherish his memory: Arnold and his wife Pam of Orland; Ralph and his wife Ruth of Orland; Calvin of Orland; Chris and his wife Deborah of Bucksport; Clayton and his wife Jody of Orland; Anthony and his wife Debbie of Orland and her children Marco and Alicia; and Stewart of Orland. Franklin will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren: James, Sarah, Alicia, Alysia, Mathew, Christopher, Cameron, Ryan, Jordyn, Andrew, Jayson, Marco, and Alicia, and great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Juliette, Addison, and Weston. Franklin will also be remembered by his sisters Alberta Whitney and Jane Tannehill both of Orland."
