She married, secondly, Richard Beauchamp, 13th Earl of Warwick, son of Thomas de Beauchamp, 12th Earl of Warwick and Margaret Ferrers, on 26 November 1423 at Hanley Castle, Worcestershire, England, by Papal dispensation. She died on 27 December 1439 at age 39 at Friars Minoress, London, England. She was buried on 13 January 1439/40 at Tewkesbury Abbey, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, England.
