His mother Agnes (Annis) Gosling Blanchard departed for New England in 1639 but died during the passage. On the ship's manifest, he was declared a husbandman, age 35 (incorrect), with wife Martha; and children Robert, William, Peter, John, and Ann, their children all under 12. Vital statistics on them can be found in the Registers of the Parish of Wayhill, Penton-Grove, Southampton, England."

Find A Grave memorial 137463385 offers her obituary: "Norma Jean Paullin, 89, of Loudonville, died Saturday morning, October 18, 2014 in Colonial Manor Health Care Center, Loudonville after an extended illness. Norma Jean was born March 10, 1925 in Shreve, the daughter of the late Clayton H. and Mae (Sprang) Swainhart. She was a 1943 graduate of Loudonville High School and Loudonville resident most of her life. Norma Jean worked as a secretary at Mansfield Plumbing Products for 25 years before retiring in 1980. She enjoyed golfing, traveling and going to casinos, especially the slot machines. Norma Jean was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Loudonville, and on May 29, 1948 she married Robert M. Paullin and he died October 1, 2001. Norma Jean is survived by her two sisters, Beverly Richardson of Loudonville and Louise (Kenneth) Etzwiler of Ashland; her brother, Ted (Patty) Swainhart of Perrysville; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, Roger Swainhart and her sister, Carrol Waddell."

He gave liberty to his wife (unnamed) to live with his son Seth." This would probably have been Anna Rogers, as they m. bet. Oct. 1691 and Aug. 1697. Samuel and Anna had no known children. Parents: Richard Williams and Francis Deighton. He was married to Mary Gilbert before 1660 in Taunton, Freetown, Mass..(3295) (3296) (3297) Savage attributes Samuel's marriage to "Jane" Gilbert, d. of Thomas Gilbert, while Mayflower Families Through Five Generations, Rogers Family, call her "Mary Gilbert." Williams' Genealogy agrees, saying that Jane married Samuel Gullifer of Milton, Mass (Boston Transcript Gleanings, July 13, 1922.) Children were: Mary Wwilliams, Sarah Williams, Hannah Wwilliams, Seth Williams, Samuel Williams, Daniel Williams. He was married to (H)Anna 3 Rogers between Oct 1691 and Aug 1697 in Taunton, Freetown, Mass..(3298) (3299) Anna was a 3rd generation descendant of Thomas Rogers, of the Mayflower.
