[20470] http://home.comcast.net/~kaeh/Histories/thos-wm.html states he was b. ca. 1623 of William Hatch's FIRST wife (not Jane Young) and reports "By 1625 William was living at Wye where his son, John, was baptized at the parish at Wye 7 August, 1625." "He settled in the Two Mile 'on a point of land northeast of Stoney cove, and southeast of the second Society's Meetinghouse' which was joined to Marshfield in 1788. He built the corn and fulling mills in the Two Mile and was killed by lightning in a stable in Scituate in March 1701. Walter made two separate wills which have been preserved. The first was superceded when his son, Antipas, became of 'unsound mind' and a second was written."
