They returned to Maine about 20 years ago and lived in Windham and Pittsfield prior to moving to Gray. Ruth will be remembered for many years for her smile and her beautiful watercolors that exist in many areas of this country. Ruth was the daughter of Ralph and Fannie Bradley of Searsport. [30744] A file in Ancestry.com offers: Josiah Everett III was born and grew up on a wilderness farm near New Portland, Maine. The new state was long the rugged upper part of Massachusetts and Josiah's opportunity for an education was meager. He married Lucy Churchill on Christmas Day, 1821, and lived happily with her until his death at 78 years of age. She survived him by 18 years, dying at the 'extreme age of 96 years'! With his son Seth, Josiah went to Tama county, Iowa, to the Dysar-Traer-Vinton area. He died and is buried in that county - Iowa's only Indian reservation. Five other children migrated to Burt County, Nebraska in the years 1866, 1867 and 1868.

(Keegan) Ireland, passed away Thursday afternoon May 6, 2021, at a Bangor health care facility, following a brief illness. He was born May 13, 1952, in Ashland, the son of Elbert and E. Sally (Clark) Ireland. He was a graduate of the Ashland High School, class of 1972, and was married to Carol A. Keegan on November 1, 1985. Bird was employed as a truck driver for MTK Inc. in Garfield for twenty-three years. He was a hard worker and enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting, especially at Birch Point, Island Falls. In addition to his parents, Mr. Ireland was predeceased by one brother, Daniel Ireland. He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Carol A. Ireland of Ashland; three brothers, Bobby Ireland of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kenny Ireland of Ashland, and Tim Ireland and his wife, Denise, of Auburn. He also leaves behind and will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law, Phyllis Barnes of Fort Fairfield; four sisters-in-law, Cathy Edmunds and her husband, Mike, of Fort Fairfield, Marylee Seamandel and her husband, Jeff, and family of Wisconsin, Donna Keegan and family of Fort Fairfield, and Michelle Jackson and family of Fort Fairfield; and two brothers-in-law, Allan Keegan and Dick Keegan, both of Fort Fairfield.
