He was born October 23, 1890, in Upper Mahantango Township, Schuylkill County, son of the late John S. and Sophia Romberger Clark. He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Klingerstown, R.D. Surviving are his wife, Viola Schreffler Clark, and the following children: Mrs. Gurney Harner, Sacramento; Mrs. Clinton Oxenrider, Millersburg; Mrs Henry Reiner, Pitman; Victor Clark, Spring Glen; Earl, Dalmatia; Lyle, Leck Kill; Mrs. Harry Keefer, Klingerstown, R, D. 1; Mrs. Charles Bryan and Lester Clark, both of Sunbury; Mrs. Joseph Still, Metuchen, N. J.; Chester, Lykens, R. D. 1; Mrs. Donald Lute, Helfenstein; Lee and Leonard, both at home. Thirty-seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive, as well as one sister, Mrs. Bertha Wolfgang of Klingerstown, R. D. 1.
