[49961] "The Ellsworth American [Ellsworth, Maine], 22 February 2022": Bucksport - Patricia Anne Dunbar, 71, passed away surrounded by her family on Feb. 16, 2022. She was born on Sept. 9, 1950, and was the only child of Basil and Anne Cushing. Patti, known more commonly by many of us as 'Bimmi,' enjoyed spending time at her daycare, which she owned and operated for over 25 years, being out to camp with family and taking joyrides around Bucksport on her trike. Patti loved the Lord with all her heart and now has found her spot with him in heaven. Pattis true passion in life was loving and teaching the kids in her daycare. She also had a deep love for rescuing animals of all kinds. You never knew what her newest addition to her household might be. Patricia is survived by her husband, Kendal Dunbar; their children Thomas Mann and his wife ,Tammy, Jeanine Stewart and her husband, Daniel, Darcy Carter, Kendal Dunbar Jr. and his wife, Stacy Huestis, Chris Dunbar and his partner Billie Jo, Michael Dunbar and his wife, Debra Kassabian, Kayla Dunbar and her husband, Darren, and Kaylee Dunbar; her grandchildren Rylee Stewart, Patrick, Dylan and Cassidy Dedmon, Nick Holt and his wife, Courtney, Heather Weymouth and her husband, Johnny, Jordin Mann, Michael Jr., Marina, Maverick, Lincoln, Emma, Riley, Ryann and Whitney; and her great-grandchildren Nora and Leona."
