[60045] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine], 11 May 2012: "Zephyrhills, Fla. - Grace Alice (Beal) Burbee, 75, went home to her loving heavenly Father April 22, 2012, to join her husband, Leo Sr.; and daughter, Tina. Grace was the daughter of Lloyd Sr. and Alice Beal of Old Town. She grew up in Old Town and graduated from Old Town High School. In 1963 Grace and her husband, Leo Sr., moved to Southwick, Mass., and raised their four children. She owned and operated Congamond Cleaners, Southwick, Mass., for 20 years before retiring to Zephyrhills, Fla. She leaves her close friend, Bill Hunt of Zephyrhills, Fla. She is survived by a daughter, Susan Morin of East Longmeadow, Mass.; two sons, Gene and Leo Jr. and his wife, Lise; a sister, Velma; and three brothers, Larry, Ronnie and Dale. She was predeceased by her husband, Leo Sr.; her daughter, Tina; her parents, Lloyd Sr. and Alice Beal; one sister, Louise; and two brothers, Lloyd Jr. and Malon." Grace and Leo had Susan Joy Burbee Morin (1960-2020) & Tina B. Burbee (1964-2009).
[54057] Olive is said to be daughter of Samuel Copp (1705-1774) & Elizabeth Leffingwell 1724-1818; m. 7 March 1745 in New London Co., CT).
[29223] See the unverified information at http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/c/o/r/Karin-B-Corbeil/GENE3-0013.html in 2009 which reports: "Daniel Eddy/Edy was the last New Englander of the Eddy Line. He was born Abt 1740 at Salisbury, Conn., the eldest of the four sons and three daughters of Captain Zachariah Eddy. The brothers of Daniel were, Newbury, Asa and Abner. Daniel lived in Salisbury, Conn. until he was about seven., then spent the next seventeen years in Gloucester, RI. He married Sarah Jones at Belchertown, MA in 1769. Between 1770 and 1776, Daniel and family left Mass for the new lands opening up in the Hampshire Grants in Vermont. According to family history, Newbury Eddy settled in Wethersfield, VT. on the west bank of the Connecticut River 43 miles North of the Mass border. It is possible that Daniel settled near by. Daniel Eddy's children were, Daniel, Joyce, Benjamin, Newbury and Omri. This family were British Loyalists. It was disturbing to them that the peace treaty between set the 45th parallel as the boundary between Quebec and Vermont. To be certain of living under the British flag, the family moved north. However when the official survey was done it showed them still within the USA border. This necessitated another move. This found them settling and farming in Clarenceville, Quebec. The Edy's of Canada are mainly the descendents of two of Daniel Eddy's children, Newbury and Omri."
