[41882] William and his wife and his parents are from "Pennsylvania, County Marriages, 1885-1950", database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KMZW-V1C : 24 June 2016).
[15879] Find A Grave memorial 84154649 offers: "Daughter of Peter Stone and Mary ____ Stone. Children: Emory Joseph Miller, Henry Eddie Miller, Dora Libby Miller Parent Clark, and Arthur L Miller. NOTE: There is a 17 year gap between the first child and the next... according to a descendant, Henry was not the father of Emory, and Emory was born to Malvina prior to her marriage to Henry, and was known to be a half-sibling by the others in the family. Of further note is that Emory does list Henry and Malvina as his parents in his 1899 marriage record. According to another descendant, Emory was a son of Henry and a first wife, named Victorine or Victorian. She is found in the 1900 and 1910 censuses in Colrain, living apart from her husband Henry on both occasions. Also in the household are children Dora and Arthur, and Malvina is listed as having had four children, three of whom were still living at the time. In 1920, she is found in Shelburne, living with her son Arthur Miller, her divorced daughter Dora Parent, and Dora's children. On each occasion, she is listed as "married", and she is found variously under the names of Libbie, Melvina, and Malvina." Ancestry.com offers: "Stone Name Meaning - English: from Old English stan 'stone', in any of several uses. It is most commonly a topographic name, for someone who lived either on stony ground or by a notable outcrop of rock or a stone boundary-marker or monument, but it is also found as a metonymic occupational name for someone who worked in stone, a mason or stonecutter. There are various places in southern and western England named with this word, for example in Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Kent, Somerset, Staffordshire, and Worcestershire, and the surname may also be a habitational name from any of these."
