Surviving are his widow, Ethel of here; five daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Sawyer of Ellsworth Falls, Miss Verna Chick of Ellsworth, Mrs. Priscilla Crocker of Danforth, Miss Zelma Chick and Miss Glenice Chick, both of Great Pond; two sons, Elbridge of Ellsworth and Linwood W. of Great Pond; 25 grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins." He lived in Great Pond, Hancock, Maine, United States for about 23 years and Hancock, Hancock, Maine, United States for about 1 years. He registered for military service in 1918. He died on 4 July 1969, in Ellsworth, Hancock, Maine, United States, at the age of 80, and was buried in Great Pond Cemetery, Great Pond, Hancock, Maine, United States."
