Bouchard, and retired after 9 years with Silver's Construction. Phil enjoyed camping and fishing, spending time with his family, friends, and his canine companion, Peppa; as well as his breakfasts and long rides with his son-in-law, Loren. Phil is survived by his children, Pamela Braley and husband, Loren, James Parent II and Diane, and Candy White and husband, George; grandchildren, Samantha, Ryan and Mary, Rachel and husband, Patrick, Megan and husband, Scott, Kelsey, Lian, Emily, and Tristan; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Natalie, Brycen, Virginia; his sisters, Arlene Hathaway and Eleanor Brooks; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
