[2668] Siluria = Monmouthshire, etc.
Surname perhaps Presley. If Pressley, she may be daughter of Peter Presley and Mary Smith - see http://www.angelfire.com/ms/burroweshome/boydston.html in June, 2001. "The Boydstun - Boydston Family," Gladys Boydsun Domonoske (3rd edition, 1979)(privately printed: Mrs. A. B. Domonoske, 207 E. 6th St., Davis, CA 95616), p. 26, shows Peter's daughter Mary m. Charnock Cox and states (p. 24): "In 1732 John and William Boylston settled in Prince William Co., VA on Four Mile Run. After Sabra, the first wife of WIlliam died, he married Mary Thornton who was the daughter of Wm. Thornton, Jr. and Jane Presley." Domonoske continues (p. 27): "William Presley came to Northumberland Co., VA in 1636 and settled on the margin of Cod's Creek near the seat of Northumberland House where Presleys and Thorntons long resided. In 1649 William Presley transported his wife, Jane and her sister, Hannah Newman and his two sons WIlliam and Peter. He made his will Aug. 15, 1650. Proved prior to Jan. 20, 1651.
