He owned 100 acres leased from James Robertson of Four Mile Farm in 1732 in Prince William Co., VA. He owned 210 acres on the Occoquan, deeded to sons in 1760 in Occoquan River. deeded to Thomas and John. Land was sold in 1766 and deed signed by Thomas Boydston and wife Patience, David Boydston, George Boydston, and Benjamin Boydston. He died in 1761. He was married to Mary Thornton about 1709."
