Eleanore worked for a time as a medical secretary at Quincy and Milton Hospitals and then devoted herself to her art. She was a Past President of the Wollaston Garden Club and an active member of numerous civic organizations. The beloved wife of the late Paul L. Tupper, QPD, Eleanore was the loving mother of Janice M. Williams of Sandwich and her husband Cmdr. Francis Williams, USN, and Susan E. Seitzman and her husband Charles of Easton; dear grandmother of Jennifer L. Donovan and her husband Sean, Paul E. Williams, Jillian D. Haley and her wife Sheila Freitas, James T. Williams and his wife Liyan Qi and Petty Officer Matthew F. Williams, EM2, USN; great-grandmother of Evelyn J., Ronan J. and Gavin C. Donovan; sister of the late George Blackwood, Marie Gilmore, Eunice Pagane and Rita DiNicola; and is also survived by 4 nieces and 1 nephew." She is daughter of Charles Augustus Blackwood (b. in 1888) & Jane Jennie Scobie (b. in 1890; m. 26 Apr 1911 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA).

He was prominent in the civil, military and religious affairs of the Colony; a major in the infantry, and a lawyer. He was chosen Deacon of the Church in 1732, and served in that capacity until his death 32 years later. Jedediah married Hester Kirtland on June 5, 1723. She was born March 19, 1704, a daughter of John Kirtland, Jr., and Temperence Buckingham. Jedediah died at West-brook on February 10, 1764. Hester later married Robert Chapman, of East Haddam, a first cousin to Jedediah. Jedediah Chapman and Hester Kirtland had eight children, the second of whom was Jedediah Chapman, Jr."

He died on 26 February 1990, in Machias, Washington, Maine, United States, at the age of 78, and was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Jonesport, Washington, Maine, United States."
[44460] Find A Grave memorial 72465499 offers: "Davis G. Enyeart was born August 31, 1837, a son of Thomas Enyeart and Mary Wilson Glasgow. He was one of 8 children born to the couple in Lincoln Township, Huntingdon County, PA. He enlisted in Co. C of the 53rd PVI in 1861 and was discharged on February 21, 1863 on disability. However, after regaining his health he rejoined as a First Lieutenant of Co. K, 78th Regiment PVI and was discharged at Nashville, Tennessee, at the close of the war. He was at the Battle of Gettysburg. Davis married Martha F. 'Mattie' Frank on 24 October 1866 in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. They were the parents of 9 children: Elmer Ellsworth, Elizabeth, Wilmer Frank, Maurice Wilmer, Mary, Wilday Hayes, May, Clara and Flora. (The Ancestry-Detective (#47705006) says Davis was married second to Minnie B. Simpson with no known children. If this is the case, he would have had to marry her after 1888 and divorced her before 1891.) Davis married Malinda Detwilder on 25 October 1891 in Entriken, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. They were the parents of 2 children: Warren Leslie and Vera."
