Thebes Construction Co., a member of New Bloomfield Fire Company, and New Bloomfield Sportsman's Club. Surviving are four sons, Kenneth H. Thebes, Frederick D. Thebes, Keith G. Thebes and Francis E. Thebes, all of New Bloomfield; his father, G.W. Thebes, Blain; two brothers, Henry Thebes, Marysville and Darwin K. Thebes, New Bloomfield; four sisters, Mrs. William Shutt, Harrisburg, Mrs. Galen Weibley, York, Geraldine Johnson, Elliotsburg, and Beatrice Reisinger, Altoona; and nine grandchildren. . . . Burial will be in New Bloomfield Cemetery.
