"Royalty for Commoners, The Complete Known Lineage of John of Gaunt, Son of Edward III, King of England, and Queen Philippa" Fourth Edition (Baltimore: Genealogical Publishing Company, 2002) states Renaud I m. Hawise, daughter of Robert II "the Pious" King of France and Constance, and that Hawise is mother of William I. In 2007 http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/BURGUNDIAN%20NOBILITY.htm offers: "Renaud [I] de Nevers, son of Landry Comte de Nevers & his wife Mathilde de Bourgogne-Comté (-killed in battle Seignelay 29 May 1040, bur Auxerre, Saint-Germain). 'Landricus…comes' donated property to Cluny by charter dated to [1010] subscribed by '…Rainaldi eius filii…'. 'Rainaldus comes Nivernensis' made a donation to Cluny dated [1028/40] for the souls of 'Landrici patris mei…[et] Matildis matris mee'. 'Landrici comitis, Rainaldi filii eius et uxoris eius, Widoni et uxoris eius Acherada…Rodberti filii Gibaldi' subscribed the charter dated Jun 1023 under which 'Gibaldus' donated property to Cluny. He succeeded his father in 1028 as Comte de Nevers. He was killed in battle against Robert I Duke of Burgundy, his brother-in-law. Rodolfus Glaber records that he was 'daringly assassinated…by a knight of lowly birth'. The Annales Nivernenses record the death in 1040 of 'Ragenaldus comes, Landrici comitis proles'. The necrology of Mâcon Cathedral records that 'Raynaldus Nivernensis comes' was killed 'IV Kal Jun'. m (soon after 25 Jan 1016) Hedwige [Avoie] de France, daughter of Robert II 'le Pieux' King of France & his third wife Constance d'Arles [Provence] ([1003]-5 Jun after 1063). 'Rainaldus comes Nivernensis' made a donation to Cluny dated to [1028/40] for the soul of '…Advise uxoris mee'. Rodolfus Glaber records that 'Rainaldus…Landrici comitis filius' married a daughter of King Robert. The Historia Nivernensium Comitum records that the wife of 'Renaldum' was 'sorori Regis Roberti, filii Hugonis Capitonis'. The Annales Vizeliacenses also specifies that Renaud's wife was the sister not daughter of King Robert II. However, this is chronologically unlikely given that King Robert and his known sisters were born in the 970s, more than twenty years before the earliest possible date of birth of Comte Renaud. Her marriage was agreed by her father as part of his alliance with Landry Comte de Nevers after capturing Auxerre, which the king gave to his daughter as dowry. He worked all his life as a lobsterman. Earlon enjoyed working with wood and made toys for all his grandchildren, he also enjoyed reading and drawing, often drawing cartoons for his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of nearly 67 years, Marie (Faulkingham) Beal, five children, Earlene and her husband, Ralph Kelley of Collegeville, Pa , Dale Beal and his wife, Amber, Noreen and her husband, William Smith all of Kennebunk, Rickey Beal and his wife, Holly and Dickey Beal and his wife, Wendy of Jonesport, 12 grandchildren; Debbie O'Hara, Allan Kelley, Michelle Turner and Lisa Kelley, Richard Beal, Annette Lewia and Brenda White, Harold Beal, Ann Marie Beal and Whitney Beal, Oscar Beal and Derrick Beal, 15 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Hazel Joy and Irene Atwater; two brothers, Roger and Leo Beal."

Miller in http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com, offers: "Catherine Nagle, fifth child and third daughter of Peter and Barbara (Imler) Nagle, was born in Reading July 4, 1784. On October 14, 1804, Catherine was married to John Schwartz from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, by Rev. H.A. Muhlenberg at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church with Peter Nagle and George Notz as witnesses. The Reading Weekly Advertiser, October ?, 1804, carried the announcement: 'Married on the 14th October 1804 by the Rev. Mr. Muhlenberg, Mr. John Schwartz of Lancaster County to the amiable Miss Catharine Nagle, daughter of Peter Nagle, Esq. of this borough.' John and Catharine (Nagle) Schwartz had two children before John's death, which probably occurred early in 1807. On October 25, 1807, Catharine Schwartz of Reading married Jacob Kimmel of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The marriage is recorded in the private records of Rev. Philip R. Pauli. Not much is known about either of Catherine's husbands. Family tradition says that Jacob Kimmel's father and grandfather were part of the Ephrata Cloister Community but that has not been verified. What is known is that Jacob and Catherine (Nagle) Kimmel lived in northwestern Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, and raised a family of five girls and one boy." "The Ellsworth American, 31 March 2021: "Earl Roscoe 'Perky' Pinkham of 'Steuben, America' (as Perky would say), passed away peacefully, at the age of 87, March 23, 2021. Perky was born Dec. 11, 1933, to Carleton Sr. and Julia (Dyer) Pinkham at his childhood home on the Pigeon Hill Road. Perky had a vivid childhood on the shores of Maine with his eight siblings. His early life was filled with a little play and a lot more work, but he wouldnt have had it any other way. Perky started lobster fishing at 10 years old, and after graduating from eighth grade, went to work full time on his fathers lobster boat to help support the family. Lobster fishing was just one of Perkys many early jobs. Clamming, selling animal pelts, lending a hand at a herring weir and odd seasonal work for locals were among the many things Perky did for work, until he was drafted into the U.S. Navy in 1954. Legend has it that with a little Pinkham ingenuity, Perky and his brother, 'Bunny,' managed to meet in France while in port on their separate Navy ships. He served a little over four years, sent allotments home to his parents, then returned in 1959 to his 'most loved place,' Steuben. A few short years later, he met the love of his life, Terrie. Perky loved telling the story about giving Terries mother a larger-than-normal lobster in hopes of getting a date with Terrie. It worked. They married in 1966 and raised their four children in Steuben (of course!). Perky took up lobster fishing full-time, and kept at it until what would be, in 2020, at age 86, his last fishing season. Perky enjoyed hunting, fishing on the ocean, the outdoors, being the comedian of the group, food and most importantly, spending time with his family. He loved taking his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews on his boat, F/V Fish Hook. Perky was a happy host on land as well. His house was always the gathering place for holidays, events or just plain visiting. Perkys lighthearted jokes, and his biscuits, will be greatly missed.
Perky is survived by his wife, Terrie (Santerre) Pinkham; son, Todd Pinkham, and fiancée, Lisa Billings; daughters, Wanda Pinkham, Melissa (Pinkham) Merrill and Jodi Pinkham, all of Steuben; and grandchildren, Dylan Pinkham, Kayla Pinkham, Hanna Merrill and Reese Pinkham. He is also survived by brothers Rodney Pinkham and wife, Marion and Carleton Pinkham Jr. and wife, Judy; and treasured sister Vivian (Pinkham) Dean. Perky was predeceased by his parents, Carleton Sr. and Julia (Dyer) Pinkham, beloved stepmother, Emma, and brothers Carroll Pinkham, Vernon 'Bunny' Pinkham, Herbert Pinkham, Ivan Pinkham and William Pinkham."
