She was preceded in death by her first husband, John P. Roller; her second husband Caylor Glenn; her third husband, Norman Heller; two sons, Kenneth Roller and Robert Roller; a brother, John Lang; and two sisters, Eulah Sellers and Naomi Nouse."

Edward started divorce-proceedings, but they remained married until his death, and during the vacancy at the throne she seems to have been de-facto caretaker. They had no surviving children and there was a succession of rulers, resulting in William the Conqueror of Normandy becoming king and it was her who was obliged to hand over the keys to Winchester, the county town of Wessex.
