She also had been employed by the former Stanley Co. in Chambersburg; and as a bookkeeper for both Farmer's and Merchants Bank in Chambersburg, and Howard Johnsons at Blue Mountain Plaza. She was a member of Upper Path Valley United Presbyterian Church in Spring Run, where she served as a trustee, Sunday School secretary, leader of the Pioneer Club; and a member of Katherine Walker Circle. She was a volunteer of the American Red Cross Blood Mobile. She is survived by her husband, Chester H. Perry, whom she married May 17, 1958; a son, Seth R. Perry of Spring Run; two sisters, Dorothy P. Medill and Julia L. Devinney, both of Spring Run; nieces and nephews."
