"Simpson's Leader-Times [Kittanning, Pennsylvania], 23 March 1966," p. 23: "Webster C. Hepler, 84 of Timblin died at 9 a.m. (March 22, 1966) in Jamison Memorial Hospital, New Castle. Mr. Hepler was born Dec. 1881 in Fryburg, Clarion County, a.son of Harmon and Margaret (Lilly) Hepler. A retired miner, he was a member of United Mine Workers of America Local 526 of Timblin and of Timblin Nazarene Church. He had lived entire life in the Timblin community. He was married April 29, 1902 at New Bethlehem to Lola A. Shaffer, who preceded him in death Oct. 7, 1965. Survivors include four sons, Clyde Hepler of Timblin, Harold, Glenn and Donald Hepler all of New Bedford; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Martha) Neal of Lowellville, Ohio and Mrs. Betty Fagan of Timblin; 26 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Nora Cathcart and Mrs. Phoebe Bowser, both of Oak Ridge and Mrs. Goldie Phillips of Franklin; one brother, Hobart M.
