[9749] "The Sentinel (Carlisle, PA], 6 May 1905," p. 3: "Mrs. Elizabeth Daron, an aged and highly respected lady, residing near the Fairview school house, was found hanging in the attic of her house about 11 :30 yesterday. She had been in as good health as usual and no cause can be assigned for the deed. The first intimation the family had of anything of the kind was when they found her lifeless body. She had stood upon a peck measure, fastened a rope to a rafter and about her neck and then stepped off the measure. Justice McCord, of New Kingston, was summoned and held an inquest He impaneled as jurors R. L. Darr, Dr. L. Fulk, J. A. Keller, Geo. Gill, G. W. Herman and Daniel Hoy. Their verdict was suicide. Mrs. Daron lived in that vicinity for many years, was well known and high ly esteemed, her husband died some years ago. She lived quietly with one son B. E. Daron, and a hired girl. W. W. Daron, of Carlisle, is also a son."

[3784] Voiry was Count Palatine of Aix-la-Chapelle. W.H.Turton,"The Plantagenet Ancestry" (Balt.:Gen.Pub.Co.,1968), p.172, gives him as father of Siegfried I, Count of Luxemburg, whom Turton substitutes for ID1531 as father of Siegfried II, Count of Luxemburg. Voiry's wife is Cunigunde; one of their daughters apparently is wife of Everhard of Niederlahngau. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wigeric_of_Lotharingia and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ardennes-Verdun_dynasty.
[34021] Henry is from the unverified Hatcher Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2012. Ancestry.com offers: "James Name Meaning - English: from a personal name that has the same origin as Jacob. However, among English speakers, it is now felt to be a separate name in its own right. This is largely because in the Authorized Version of the Bible (1611) the form James is used in the New Testament as the name of two of Christ's apostles (James the brother of John and James the brother of Andrew), whereas in the Old Testament the brother of Esau is called Jacob. The form James comes from Latin Jacobus via Late Latin Jac(o)mus, which also gave rise to Jaime, the regular form of the name in Spanish (as opposed to the learned Jacobo). See also Jack and Jackman. This is a common surname throughout the British Isles, particularly in South Wales."
