Kepner, 84, who died Monday in a local rest home, will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow in the Chapel of Memories, A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. Burial will be in Osceola, Neb. Mr. Kepner had been in Phoenix 2-1/2 years and lived at 823 N First Ave. He was a native of Osceola. He is survived by a daughter Mrs. C. H. Main, of Glendale, Calif., and two grandchildren."

The 1900 federal census in Muscatine, IA lists Oscar and Laura with her children, Chester L. Miller (age 14) and Flora P. Miller (age 10).
