[10053] Julius' family is listed in the 8 April 1930 federal census in Osolo Twp., adjacent to Elkhart, IN. "The South Bend Tribune [South Bend, Indiana], 29 April 1941," p. 15: "Julius A. Freimund, aged 81.1 died of angina pectoris at 8:30 p. m. Monday in his home, rural 'route No. 2. Elkhart. He was born June 13, 1889, in Elkhart, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilhelm Freimund, and was farmer. Surviving are his widow, Maud Boyer Freimund, to whom he was married March 25, 1915; a son, John V., at home; a sister. Mrs. Thomas Jewell, Lima, O., and two brothers, Andrew C. Freimund, Elkhart, and Benjamin W. Freimund, Cass county, Michigan. Mr. Freimund was a member of Bethel Evangelical church where funeral services will be conducted by Rev. E. D. Mast at 2 p. m. Thursday with burial in Rice cemetery."

Andrew Gray, Mr. RODOLPH GRINDLE of Bluehill and Miss MAY LOUISA YOUNG of Eden." - Eden was later named Bar Harbor. The 14 August 1873 issue reports: " Marriages - In this city, 2nd inst., Mr. RODOLPH GRINDLE of Bluehill and Miss MARY A. MOORE of Ellsworth."

[4014] "The Times-Tribune [Scranton, PA], 15 October 1962," p. 11: "Frank Swadeba Sr., 66, of 713 Larch St, Dunmore, died unexpectedly this morning In General Hospital after a brief illness. He was taken to the hospital in the Fire Bureau ambulance Saturday. Born in Austria-Hungary, son of the late Michael and Mary Malosh Swadeba, he came to this country at the age of 16 and settled in Dunmore where he resided the past 50 years. He was a Pennsylvania Coal Co. miner before his retirement in 1953. He also had been employed by Superior Metal Corp., Bethlehem. He was a member of St. Mary's Greek Catholic Church, and was secretary of Branch 310, Greek Catholic Union of America, the past 43 years. Surviving are his wife, the former Anna Penyak; three sons. Andrew, Bethlehem; Frank Jr., Chinchilla, and Joseph, Dunmore; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Kushinka, Bethlehem; Mrs. Joseph Androcizsko, this city, and Mrs. Cyril Filarsky, Lanesboro, Pa.; six grandchildren; two brothers, Michael, Argentina, S. A., and Peter in Europe; a sister, Mrs. Anna Belekanic in Europe, and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Thursday at 8:30 A.M. from the Munchak Funeral Home, 635 North Washington Ave., with mass at 9 in St. Marys Church. Burial, St. Marys Cemetery, Minooka section."
