"Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine], 29 October 1934," p. 42: "Maynard P. Bragg, 60, life-long resident and well known fanner of Clifton, died in a Bangor hospital Sunday afternoon after a brief illness. Besides his wife he leaves two daughters and six sons - Mrs. Harold C, Lunt of Rochester, N. H., Misss Marcia L., Robert J., Norman L., Oscar C., Lloyd F., John A., and Raymond K., all of Clifton. He also leaves two brothers, George of Clifton and Leon of Amherst; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Blanchard in New Brunswick and a granddaughter, Barbara Lunt. Funeral services will be in the Clifton church Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock."
