http://www.findagrave.com offers: "Margaret Ann Faubion was born in Cocke County, Tennessee, the daughter of Jacob Faubion and Priscilla Boydston, who are buried in Faubion Cemetery, Gladstone, Clay County, Missouri. She married twice. Her first marriage was to Rev. Jacob Broadhurst on January 11, 1842, in Clay County, Missouri, the son of Joseph Broadhurst and Dianah Faubion. To the first marriage were born Jacob Broadhurst, James A. Broadhurst, John W. Broadhurst, Joseph Broadhurst, Salina D. Broadhurst, Margaret Broadhurst, and Napoleon B. Broadhurst. Her second marriage was to Nathaniel Christian Boydston, on May 3, 1856, in Platte County, Missouri. It was a second marriage for him as well. He had first married Margaret's older sister, Dianah Rector Faubion, with whom he had many children.
Nathaniel and Margaret had three children in addition to the children of their former marriages: William Lee Boydston, May 16, 1863, Harriet Ann Roberda Foster Boydston, April 27, 1865; and Samuel Walter Boydston, Sept 26, 1867."
[21014] "The Boydstun Family," Gustine Courson Weaver (Cincinnati, OH: Powell & White, 1927), p. 52 reports Nancy is daughter of Isaac Gardner (a Revolutionary War soldier from NC). Cf. http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/b/a/t/Margaret-R-Bates/GENE14-0011.html. http://kansasdar.org/prairierose/Ancestors.html offers: "Isaac Gardner was born about 1735 in Orange County, North Carolina, and died after 1790. He was living in Guilford County, Salisbury District, North Carolina, in 1790. He married Hulda .. about 1759, who was born in 1738 and died in 1801." A LDS Church unverified IGI file states that Nancy is daughter of Jacob Gardner (b. 1729 in MD) and Louisa Riley (b. ca. 1730 in KY, m. ca. 1765). The DAR accepts the Revolutionary War service of Isaac as a private from Rutherford Co., NC - application papers list his wife Hulda and their daughters Mary and Nancy Ann - but some researchers believe these two daughters are in fact children of Jacob Gardner and Mary Holton (see Gladys Domonoske's research). Ann Nollsch's web site at Ancestry World Tree states that Nancy Ann was b. 18 Sept 1776 in NC and that her sister Mary was b. 12 April 1777 in Rutherford Co., TN. A message posted on Ancestry.com 13 Sept 2008 offers: "The Ft Worth Texas Genealogical Society has a publication called Footprints. Vol 38, No 3, August 1995 has information copied from Nancy Gardener Boydstun's Bible. Under deaths are listed Mary Gardener Died Oct 1807 aged 56 and Jacob Gardner Died Sept 5 1812 aged 83. Based on this it seems she is the daughter of Jacob & Mary Gardner."

[41955] This line is from the unverified Brown Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2017 which reports James' property, Bealls Pasture, was 135 acres of land in Prince George's Co., MD, purchased for 18 pounds of silver by James and his wife Rachel; in 1733 they sold this property and bought a 100 acre tract which was part of Hanover Manor near Beallsville.
