Jack is survived by his sister Jill Murphy and husband Gary of Bar Harbor, brother Merle Bragdon and wife Joan of Lamoine, his aunt June Davis of Lamoine, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents."

Trimble, aged 87 years, 4 months and 7 days, died Monday night at 10:30 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W. F. Brook in Springfield township, one mile west of Ontario, death having been caused by dropsy. Mr. Trimble was born and reared in Springfield township. In 1847, he was united in marriage with Miss Lucinda Murphy, whose death occurred ten years ago. Nine children were born to them, of whom four survive, they being D. F. Trimble, of Calouse, Wash.; W. L. Trimble, of near Ontario; Dr. C. E. Trimble, of Crestline, and Mrs. W. F. Brook."
