[30449] See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Maria_of_Brandenburg-Ansbach which reports "Anna Maria was born at Jägerndorf, the eldest daughter of George, Margrave of Brandenburg-Ansbach and his second wife Hedwig of Münsterberg-Oels, daughter of Charles I of Münsterberg-Oels. Anna Maria was brought up as a Lutheran and on 24 February 1544 became the wife of Christoph, Duke of Württemberg. She later acted as guardian to her son Ludwig III, Duke of Württemberg early in his reign. After the death of her husband Christoph she lived more than 20 jears in the Nürtingen castle, she died in Nürtingen. After losing both her husband and her eldest son in 1568, Anna Maria fell madly in love with the young Landgrave George I of Hesse-Darmstadt (1547-1596). Soon afterwards she became mentally confused and was locked up. George I later married her daughter Eleonore."

Calif., Saturday morning after an extended illness. Born in Shelby, Dec. 2, 1883, she had lived most of her life in Mansfield. She had been living with her daughter, Mrs. Calvin C. Garverick in Long Beach since 1949. She was a member of the Ruth Chapter 17, Order of Eastern Star. Surviving besides her daughter are one son, Donald J. of Elyria; one brother, Newton Briner of Shelby, and one sister, Mrs. Maurice Cline of Youngstown, four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the Dye Home of J. H. Finefrock & Sons, Shelby, at 11 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. James Lumadue, pastor of the First Lutheran Church, Shelby, officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Shelby."

[48528] "News-Journal [Mansfield, Ohio], 28 March 1964," p. 3: "Mrs. Inez Aola Eise, 70, wife of Carl H. Eise Sr., of 177 Maple Lane, died Friday evening at the Mansfield General Hospital following a three-week illness. Born Dec. 22, 1893, in Tipp City, O., she lived in this vicinity the past 42 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church, and the Ladies Auxiliary of Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen. Surviving in addition to her husband, are one son, Carl H. Eise, Jr., Boynton Beach, Fla.; three daughters. Mrs. Donald Depeau, Palm Spring, Fla., Mrs. Manford Crum, 142 North Brookwood Wav, and Mrs. John Willrath, 175 Maple Lane; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Janis Trapp, Galion, and Mrs. Ray VanAntwerp of Tiffin. The body was removed to the Wappncr Funeral Home where services will be held Monday at 1 p. m., conducted by her pastor, the Rev. William C. Newman. Burial will be in the Mansfield Memorial Park."
